Born and raised in Gippsland, Bill has been making wine under his own label for over 17 years. Along with fellow winemaker Patrick Sullivan, Bill leased vineyards around Baw Baw Shire including Wild Dog Estate where the vines are organically farmed. William Downie Wines are made with minimal intervention, he is renowned for making premium Pinot Noir which shows depth, balance and complexity site after site, vintage after vintage. Come and enjoy a local flavoursome and unique food and wine matching experience that you will never forget!

Goodfish's very own Sascha Rust joins the Hogget team to offer an unforgettable dining experience encompassing locally sourced seafood.

About this Event

The team at Hogget Kitchen have partnered with Goodfish to spread the word about low impact fishing. Highlighting some of Gippsland's very own seafood from Corner Inlet.

After recently having the opportunity to go out and fish with the fishermen, Trev really wanted to share what he has learnt with the community and what better way for that to happen than through his food.

Sascha will cook alongside Trev to bring you an all seafood dinner; canapes, entree, main and dessert with a Corner Inlet fisherman as our guest speaker.
