Hogget Kitchen presents a ticketed dinner with renowned Chef, social entrepreneur and sustainability communicator Ben Mac.
A professional chef of 12 years, a graduate of Bachelor of Society and Environment at RMIT, and founder of two start-ups - the Social Food Project and We Eat Local - Ben combines strong knowledge of food, education and change theory with extensive hands on experience in growing and cooking sustainable food at a commercial scale.
It seemed only fitting that we came together to create a dinner with Gippsland's best produce and experience Ben's cooking techniques which is described as produce driven, simple food with fun twists, highlighting provenance, communicating stories of sustainability.
