Stokehouse St Kilda is joining forces with Trevor Perkins from Hogget Kitchen and winemakers William Downie and Patrick Sullivan to bring you an evening celebrating the land and sea.
Stokehouse Head Chef Ollie Hansford and Hogget Kitchen Head Chef Trevor Perkins have curated a four course menu that celebrates each restaurant's unique location and features dishes including; chicken liver parfait, medlar & a rye crisp; scallop and snapper cannelloni, carrot noisette & wattleseed crumb, caviar, and; roast coral trout, pickled clams, cucumber and Stokehouse butter.
Guests will also enjoy a selection of wines by the talented William Downie & Patrick Sullivan, paired perfectly to the menu and showcasing their full range of unique wines and vintages.
Join us on Wednesday 4th September for a four-course dinner with matched wines including canapés and a cocktail on arrival for $165 per person.
